These terms apply to the free PDF and EPUB editions of The Emergence of Khan, Book One, by Hugh Azmi.

What you may do

You may download, keep and read either file for personal, non-commercial use, including keeping a backup on your own devices and printing a personal reading copy.

Ownership and sharing

Copyright remains with Hugh Azmi. Downloading does not transfer ownership of the work. Please share the book’s Post-Social page so others can obtain their own copy.

Except where permitted by law, you need the copyright owner’s permission to redistribute, republish, sell, translate or adapt the work, or to remove its authorship and copyright notices.

Your agreement

The download checkbox confirms that you accept this personal reading licence. It does not sign you up to marketing or provide consent to unrelated tracking. Nothing here limits uses or rights that the law permits regardless of these terms.

Download records

When a book file is issued, we record a random receipt number, the book and file version, the terms version and the date and time. We do not attach a name, email, IP address or device identifier to that receipt. It records an anonymous acceptance, not a verified identity.

Download receipts older than one year are removed when a subsequent download is processed. Separate daily totals record book-page views, reading starts and downloads issued. They do not measure unique people or prove that a file finished downloading. See our privacy policy.
